SNEAKY WAYS

  • Help yourself to your flatmates food.  If you are questioned about it, casually deny it and claim you didn’t even see his/her pizza in the fridge.  Alternatively you could fly into a rage about how you are always blamed for stuff you haven’t done.  Continue taking their food.
  • Pick up all the leftover drink at a party at the end of the night.  Note: in order for this to work you should probably keep an eye on your own alcohol intake throughout the night to succeed.
  • Offer to run errands for your friends for cash. For example, offer to give them lifts or go to the supermarket for them for a small price.  Ignore any selfish comments you may receive.
  • Avoid buying rounds on a night out.  Claim you “forgot your wallet”. Or pretend you bought the first round.  It isn’t advisable to do this on consecutive outings with the same people.
  • Avoid buying the latest fashions and trends, simply borrow your friends.
  • Borrow friends’ mobiles to make calls, or when visiting their homes make good use of their landline.   Try to make it seem genuine.
  • Complain.  Anytime you go for a meal or receive a service, complain that it was not adequate and it did not satisfy you as a customer.  Most times you won’t have to pay for it.  However, it is not recommended to return and repeat this process anywhere.
